Remember the Airborn drawn by designer Thomas Tilson? We featured it when it was a concept, and now here it is. And we are hoping that isn’t it’s coffin that it is sitting on!
It’s happening now. The hull shape mould is now being machined at the facilities of Atlantic Modelage et Composites in Nantes. For the already more then 200 fans of the Airborn worldwide, it is the opportunity to discover the modern hull shape that provides minimum contact with the water before take off and stability while reducing drag in the air.
