We are proud to be the Naval Architects of the new 𝟳𝟱𝙢 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, a next-generation vessel designed to significantly reduce operational emissions from launch and transition toward completely fossil fuel free operations as supply chains and logistics allow.
Currently under construction at Freire Shipyards in Vigo, Spain, and scheduled to enter service in 2027, the vessel combines state-of-the-art sail propulsion with advanced onboard energy systems.
Sail propulsion is provided through the Dynarig system, delivered by Southern Spars, a proven technology previously installed on 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙁𝙖𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙣 and 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙡. The rig incorporates advanced composite structures and automation tailored to continuous commercial maritime operations. More here.
